MPI settings for parallelization

Select File > Settings and choose NONMEM > MPI settings in the left list.

Auto MPI file for runs on remote host — For remote jobs, the script saved to the Auto-MPI file.

Shell script header for runs on remote host — Header to include in the Auto-MPI file.

Auto MPI file for local runs — For local runs, the script saved to the Auto-MPI file.

Shell script header for local runs — Header to include in the Auto-MPI file.
