To create a profile

To delete a profile
Select File > Settings and choose Hosts > Local Host from the left list.
In the Host Settings tab, press the Add profile button (a profile item is added under Local Host in the left list.)
Profile name — Name to use for the identifying this profile.
NONMEM installation folder — Full path to the NONMEM installation folder. (Use 
to navigate to the location.)
NONMEM version — Version of the installed NONMEM program. (Click 
to have Pirana determine the NONMEM version.)
Custom script — Full path to a custom script to execute when using this profile. (Use 
to navigate to the script.)
Select File > Settings, expand NONMEM > Hosts > Local Host in the left list, and choose the profile.
Modify the settings as needed.
Select File > Settings, expand NONMEM > Hosts > Local Host in the left list, and choose the profile.
Click 
at the top to delete the profile and return to the Local Host settings tab.
Note: A profile that has not yet been saved is deleted immediately. Otherwise, the deletion will not occur until the Save and close button is used in the Settings dialog.
